“Day Of” Wedding Coordination
Starting at $750
- Sending wedding planning questionnaire upon booking
- Initial phone consultation
- Preferred vendor list
- Creating a detailed wedding day timeline
- Coordination with all wedding day vendors
- Assistance with decor setup
- Ceremony rehearsal Facilitation
- Schedule monitoring (guests, wedding party, & vendors)
- Moving guests from cocktail hour to the reception
- Ceremony processional assistance
- Odds and ends as necessary per couple or their family
- Securing all cards and wedding gifts
- Final wedding day walk-through of venue to ensure nothing of value is left behind
- Dispersing of any tips and/or final payments
- Assisting in sparkler distribution & lighting for exit
- Use of the “emergency” wedding briefcase if necessary
- Up to 10 hours at venue the day of the wedding
Full Wedding Planning Services Package

EVERYTHING that is included in our “day of” coordination package PLUS:
- RSVP tracking
- Venue tour scheduling (one day, up to 3 venues)
- 2 additional days of vendor meetings (3 vendors per day)
- Accompany on one dress alterations visit
- Unlimited email correspondence
- Attend final venue walkthrough meeting
- Confirm meals with caterer (including guest meals, vendor meals & specialty meals)
- Pre-wedding timeline and checklist collaboration with client
- Wedding planning informative packet for client
- Order and delivery of wedding morning snacks for bridal party (Publix tray, cost incurred by client)
- Walkie talkie distribution to applicable vendors on wedding day
- Wedding day décor setup
- Up to 12 hours at venue the day of the wedding

Whether it be a planner, photographer, DJ, or photo booth attendant, by working together, Juniper Lane Events can make your day go as smoothly and perfectly as possible. In addition, each team member will also be armed with earpieces that mean that all the members of our team are able to communicate among themselves throughout the day, without notice. Consequently, we can work behind the scenes to know what is going on with our whole team at a moments notice. While all of our team members are skilled in their craft, it’s our planner that will oversee it all.
Because our photographers, videographers, and DJs are often busy providing top notch services in their craft, we are often unable to assist in many other important wedding moments. Therefore, our wedding planner services are so important! For example, they will move your guests from cocktail hour to the reception, assist the bridal party down the aisle, and so much more. Additionally, they ensure your champagne glasses are full, your sparklers are lit, and at the end of the day, nothing of value is left behind. The list goes on and on.
